The mock trial case materials consist of the Problem (a statement of facts, prosecution/plaintiff and defense witness statements, exhibits, legal authorities), the Rules of program and Mock Trial Modified Rules Of Evidence. The Tips and Advice pages on this site contain a variety of information to help you build your team, to become a skilled student attorney, or to develop as a star student witness. Not all of the information will pertain to this year’s program and is geared to high school teams but it is valuable information for all ages of mock trial participants.
